We are in trouble as humans I think. Once machines get smart we’ll be obsolete quickly.
The good news? About the time robots replace us, we’ll probably be able to upload our minds right into robot bodies. Cheerful thought for the day…

> Once machines get smart
To get smart, machines will need to “hallucinate 8 hours a day”, just like a human.

Somewhere in the blend between humans and robots there lurks the shades of a truly amazing machine! Good luck in your endeavors to help us puny humans compete with the robot brethren.

Reading from the title “Humans are not well designed” already indicates lack of understanding. More so when I read the comparison of humans to robots.
We designed things although bounded but limitless.

Conversely, what if you had a human who was incapable of solving any problems he or she hadn’t been programmed to solve, who couldn’t love, and who had no reason to care about or for other humans? And who had no ability to generate independent thought?
That would not be a very good human.
