How To Save An Hour Out Of Every Day

In: Business Ideas By: Brian Armstrong

One topic I cover in Breaking Free is about the benefits of working at home.

While Tim Ferris writes about it from the standpoint of convincing your boss to let you, I write about it from the standpoint of owning your own business so your home is your office.

How much is your commute really costing you?

By the way, if you do have to commute, one of the best ways to turn that lemon into lemonade is with audio books.

I haven’t been able to start audio books yet although i would like to at some point soon. I have an hour commute each way to work and back and over time have learned to make it work for me. I take the subway so i am free to do what i want. I look at my time on the subway as personal time. I use Google Reader and upload all of the blogs and news i read so that i can access them on the subway. I then use notepad to take any notes on what i have read.
