Hey man, this is FREAKIN’ AWESOME ! I have been keeping track of all credit card debt (business and personal) in excel for a number of month’s now, but this was a huge help. I just finished by balance sheet for Jan 2012 and it literally took less than 15 minutes! I also setup all the months for the rest of the year and plugged a calendar reminder in gmail so that I update it at every month’s end.

I am on to the income statement now and I feel like 1000% better already that I am finally getting my finances tracked! I can already feel my bad debt decreasing and my passive income and net worth increasing! It really does make a difference when you start to track the important things in your life!

I found the information you provided very helpful. I currently serve on a self managed HOA Board and was searching the internat in hopes of finding information that would aid the association’s treasurer in develping an improved documented system for recording assets and expenses and revenues when I came accross your site.

Any suggestions on sites where I can find sample HOA profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc. would be appreciated.

Awesome! I particularly liked the templates and have begun to implement them to track my finances. Something I’ve tried and failed to do many times.
