I have one problem is to find money to first invest in business. When I talk to my potential friend or my relative that have lot money they say that ” you have to start your self first and other people will start at your any any successful. How can I get any successful if my environment canot earn much money for top than only living, I do job a week is for only myself exspense. I used to count if I save my money to start business it at least spend 8to10years that I can operate small shop in city. My problem is How can I persuade my friend to invest in me at my poor situation? if someone can have experience or best answer let introduce me @samolan168@gmail.com

Thank you so much Brian! This is just what I needed, all along I felt this but no one really confirmed it for me.I am the sole owner of a branding and marketing agency, but find it extremely difficult doing, for example.. logos, stationery, office branding etc. THEN get paid only after. I have always been feeling deep down that it is not the best use of my time and energy, and even when the money finally comes, I get that ‘yeah well its about time it did!’ attitude. Any ideas how I can scale my business? My forte lies in the fields of Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Graphic Design and Positioning.

article kind of makes some wrong implications.. james caan started a recruitment agency on his own… lots of helping individuals and lots of time and work, not in the least passive etc etc etc.

it is possible to become a successful rich business person by starting a consultancy, restraunt etc. you jsut have to be good at it and eventually allow it to be run by smoeone else as you reap the rewards.

sometimes i think you focus too much on individually run ‘passive’ businesses as though starting any conventional service or product or hiring anyone is a waste of time in the long run.

Hello Brian Armstrong.

I was wondering if their is anybody out their who would listen to my business idea! I need help getting it started! I have tried all the usual places business link, grant net. All I want is £25,000 to make it happen! I know what I want I have done all my research work! I just need somebody who will give me a loan and I will double their money!
I cannot get a loan because of my credit history.
Is their anybody out their who could hear me out.

I would love to know! They would definately get their money back.
Somebody please help. This idea is just to darn good not to happen!

Anthony: I completely agree. Maybe if our education system taught about all those things, we wouldn’t have so many individuals making poor financial choices and contributing to our national/international financial crisis.
