Here is a little video update on the tutoring business launch. I’ve been doing all sorts of things to promote it. We’ve got enough tutors signed up in four cities now and I’ve been doing SEO, pay per click, contacting academic advisors, etc. Making progress slowly but surely…

Google seem to be making Adwords harder and harder to use. I have moved away from them for now to investigate other methods.

I want to ask you something about Find a Tutor:

Why the “try it free” if the homepage is designed for students? Is not always free for students? (you say it so in previous post, that you’re charging only tutors now).

So, if I’m a student, I think: “Oh, it must be a pay service..”

Also, you can try some split testing for doing de homepage more appealing to Tutors (they are your income)
