		<description>I was extremely fortunate to receive (as part of a group) 2 hours of leadership mentoring from a 4-star general.

One of the key points that stayed with me now five years later was his statement that in his experience, for any real significant decision worth making, you only have about 70% of the information you really need when the time comes to make the decision. But when that time comes you MUST decide.

At some point you just have to pull the trigger and go with it.</description>
