I think the whole purpose of comments is for making room for a reading experience where the reader can actually add to the content.

Sounds more like a news website.

I highly doubt it is written by obama himself but its good to know that it is there. Blogging is becoming a huge way to communicate in our society and it only seems right that our new president would be a blogger.

I really admire Obama’s continued use of technology. I think it was instrumental in his campaign and does a great job of espousing his change message, differentiating himself from other politicians.

This is indeed very reminiscent (not that I physically remember) of the fireside chats, and it is, in a way, comforting when these types of parallels can be drawn to FDR.

I don’t know about that. Is a blog that does not allow comments really a blog? Seems to me that instead of calling it a “blog” they should be calling that page “casual press releases.”
