I notice every time I sign up for traffic through sites like that it doesn't really work out for me. I believe organic growth is the best, but am going to give AdWords more consideration. I'm thinking about switching to GoDaddy, they're $1 per year more expensive for each domain, and if you transfer 5 or more domains, private registration is free, just like 1and1.
