We all still have that kid inside of us that still wants to have fun. So when we see an organization, business or even a person that taps into that side of our being, we tend to be attracted to it or them. If the workplace is more fun, your employees will enjoy their work and will look forward to coming to work. They will work harder for you and feel a greater sense of team spirit.
