Thank you Manuel for letting me know that the audio player not working correctly in Internet Explorer. You probably saw all sorts of songs that could be played instead of the actual interview.
I apologize for the error and it has been fixed now. Here are the links if you’d like to try again:
The reason I love this story is that it’s as stark an illustration as I can find that “seeming impossible” is practically a requirement for a truly great innovation. If something seems possible, that’s probably because someone is already doing it. When something seems that it can’t possibly work, nobody tries it. Real innovation happens when someone tries anyway, overlooking an obvious flaw, and finds a way to make an idea work.
Caffeine is a staple in office break rooms across the country, pepping up adults who slog through their days feeling drowsy and tired.
Perhaps we all just need a little bit more sleep?
A new study released by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) indicates that adults are not getting enough rest each night.
Of those questioned, 70 percent said they had not gotten enough rest or sleep every day of the past month.
I talk about this extensively in Breaking Free, how when I quit my job to become self employed, one of the greatest benefits was an improvement in my health (and amount of sleep I got each night).
It’s day 6 of my 30 day challenge to bring more traffic to this website.
Here is what I did today:
1. Added an email signature to my outgoing emails. (see picture) I send a lot of emails each day, so hopefully this will reach some new people. As will all good marketing, I tried to include a benefit to the reader to get them to take action (in this case, click the link). Read the rest of this entry »

It’s day 4 of my marketing challenge where I’m demonstrating how to build traffic to your business website.
1. I just finished reading John Reese’s article on working with others to grow your business, and it sparked some ideas. I sent off two interview requests to successful entrepreneurs that I know (one has already accepted). Hopefully they will be appearing on this site over the next week or so. I realized that offering an interview is a great way to get great content other than my own thoughts, and it also will help build traffic because typically the interviewee will tell others about their interview! In many cases they even link to it from their own website. Thats what I call win-win.
